We have been haveing problems with a neighbor who is a known dope-cook. He has threatened a 12 year old child, threatened to burn our house down, and has slashed two tires. We have made several police reports and all they say is "there's nothing we can do." Recently, we saw him carrying anhydrous ammonia tanks into his house and called the cops. Nobody ever came out! Where his house is, is three blocks away from a school! What are we supposed to do when our police force won't even do anything to help us? If anyone reads this and has any suggestions, contact me at blondie420babygirl@yahoo.com My family and I (plus others in the neighborhood) are at a loss of what we can do. We've talked to the secretary chief of police and tried to contact the mayor of our town. But still, they say nothing.

A video is a good idea, The police may be keeping an eye on him and gathering enough info or evidence to arrest him. It may be that by waiting they could have a stronger case against him.
