The Wichita Falls Little League 12 year old all stars had to come from behind twice to advance to the next round of the state championship! Wichita Falls beat Five Diamonds of San Antonio 4-3 in 10 innings Friday night in Waco. Wichita Falls plays Mcalister Park of San Antonio Saturday morning at 9. The game was scoreless through 7 innings(regulation little league game is 6 innings). In the top of the 8th, Five Diamonds scored a run to go up 1-0. Then Wichita Falls hit a solo home run to tie the game at 1. Five Diamonds in the top of the 9th hit a 2 run home run to go up 3-1. Then in the bottom of the 9th, Wichita Falls scored 2 runs to tie the score at 3. After shutting down Five Diamonds in the top of the tenth, Wichita Falls scores a run to win the game 4-3.
