Three Wichita Falls Little League teams look to continue a run to the Little League World Series. The Wichita Falls All Stars 10-11 year olds played here at the Wichita Falls Little League fields. This round is the Texas West Section 2 tournament. Wichita Falls had a 11-3 lead and held off South Garland 11-10. Wichita Falls Hayden Procter hit 2-3 run home runs. Wichita Falls will play Friday night at 8 against Midway. The Wichita Falls 9-10 year olds are in Abilene and they lose a tough one to Midway 4-1. Wichita Falls will play University Friday Night at 6. The Wichita Falls 11-12 year olds are in Waco taking on Abilene Wylie and they beat Abilene Wylie 3-2 in 7 innings. Wylie lead 1-0 through 5 1/2 innings. Wichita Falls scored a run to send it to extra innings. A regulation little league game goes 6 innings. Wylie scored a run to go up 2-1. Then Wichita Falls gets 2 in the bottom of the 7th to get the win. Wichita Falls next game in the tournament is Saturday at 5.
