Ruby C. White Ruby Ceal (Fitts) White, 87, passed away Sunday, October 11, 2009 in Wichita Falls. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at the Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home Chapel with Rhodes Stipp, Pastor, Fain Presbyterian Church, officiating. Mausoleum Services will follow at Crestview Memorial Park under the direction of Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home. Ruby was born October 20, 1921 to Oscar Plunkett and Paralee (Taylor) Fitts. She was a 30 year resident of Wichita Falls, moving from Houston in 1978. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Everett White in 1999; and is also preceded in death by four sisters, Mildred Holloman, Pauline “Sissy” Taddeo, Beatrice Dorman, and Willie Mae White; and one brother, Oscar Lee Fitts. Surviving relatives include her children, Lonnie Everett White, and his wife, Anita of Wichita Falls; Billie Jean Hart of Kingwood, TX; Pamela Louise Ballard of Houston, TX; Perry Lee White, and his wife, Diana of Wichita Falls; Paula Kay Baker of Humble, TX; and Carrie Christine Wilson of Spring, TX; one brother, Paul Ed Fitts of Bowie, TX; Grandchildren, Stacy Parker, Alisha White, Tim Hart, James Hart, Devon Ballard, Jason Ballard, and John David Haydon; and great grandchildren, Taylor Parker, Tyler Parker, Makayla Wilson, Cody Campbell, Ryan Hart, William Caden Hart, Sklar Geary, Summer Hart, Breanna Barton, and Alyssa Nicole Haydon. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 13, 2009.
