Andrew Joseph Long Andrew Joseph Long, 66, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at his home in Archer County. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, October 12, 2009 at the Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home Chapel with Roger Deerinwater, Pastor, First Baptist Church of Archer City, officiating. Committal Services will follow at the Crestview Memorial Park Mausoleum under the direction of Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home. Mr. Long was born February 9, 1943 in Santa Clara, CA to Mel and Gayle (Gloria) Long. He married Gloria Jetton in November of 1962. He was a barber who owned Hair Graphics in Fort Worth, TX. After moving to Wichita Falls, where he has lived for 10 years, he was employed at Woody’s Barbershop until they were no longer in business. He was then employed at The Mane Event, where he has worked for the past two years. He is preceded in death by his wife, Gloria; his parents; and three brothers. Surviving relatives include two sons, Donnie Long, and his wife Kelli; and Richard Long, and his wife, Kristin, all of Wichita Falls; one brother, Danny Myers, and his wife, Donna of Bridgeport, TX; four grandchildren, Krista, Kyle, Austin, and Blake, all of Wichita Falls; and one great grandchild, Justin of Wichita Falls. There will be a visitation from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sunday, October 11, 2009 at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the organization of choice.
