Gobel L. Nash Gobel L. Nash, 76, passed away Sunday, September 13, 2009 in Wichita Falls. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at Crestview Memorial Park under the direction of Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home officiated by Tom Rodgers, pastor of Grace Church. Mr. Nash was born January 22, 1933, in Lexington, Kentucky to the late Travis and Ophelia Nash. He retired from the United States Air Force in 1972 after 21 years of service. He was also a retired corporate pilot. Survivors include his wife, Betty; son Steve and wife Janet of Brownwood, TX; daughter, Donna Underwood and husband Bill of Wichita Falls; grandchildren, James, Patrick and Julia Nash of Brownwood; and Amy Alicia and Sam Underwood of Wichita Falls.
