Poll Shows Economic Slump Not All Bad News

It seems the financial crisis isn't all doom and gloom.

A global survey shows one in four people are glad the world's economy slumped like it did, because it helped them get their priorities in order. Nearly 60 percent said they would try their best to keep a tight rein on spending, even when the economy turns around.

More than two-thirds of people polled said they are more interested in boosting their savings than reducing debt.
