Company Set to Fill H1N1 Vaccine Orders Still Waiting on FDA Approval

A drug company that's supposed to fill three percent of the U.S. order for the vaccine still hasn't received F.D.A. approval.

Glaxo-Smith-Kline has a contract to deliver more than 7.5 million doses. It's the only one of five manufacturers that hasn't received approval by the F.D.A.

A spokesperson for the company says the F.D.A. hasn't given them any reason to believe its vaccine isn't safe.
