EL PASO, Texas (AP) - El Paso County sheriff's officials say hours after a fatal car crash, the man suspected of causing the
wreck was found sitting in a television news vehicle drinking a photographer's soda.       19-year-old Marcelio Davila of Las Cruces, N.M., appeared drunk and disoriented when KVIA-TV's David Avila found him sitting in his station vehicle this morning.       It had been nearly three hours after Davila allegedly caused a single car crash on Interstate 10 that killed a 29-year-old woman. She had been riding in the front seat during last night's wreck.       Shortly after being found in the car, Davila was arrested on charges of intoxication manslaughter and being responsible for an accident involving injury or death.       El Paso County Sheriff's investigators said Davila registered a blood alcohol concentration that was twice the legal limit of .08 in Texas.       Davila was being held in the El Paso county jail on $75,000 bond. Jail records didn't show whether he had a lawyer.
