We're asking US Congressman Mac Thornberry for his take on the hot button issues that you care about. During a visit to Wichita Falls today. We talked with him about Afghanistan and health care. Congressman Thornberry voted no on the most recent heathcare reform bill that passed in the house. We asked him if he thought this bill would make it through the senate and eventually back to the house for a possible vote.

"I think the seanate is going to give it a shot. They can take a lot longer to consider something but we may see it start to be considered in the next couple weeks or so but hopefully they're gonna take enough time to really look at it. There's a lot of stuff in a 2000-page bill. And so hoepfull they can slow it down and really take a hard look and I hope they really go a different direction," Thornberry said.
