The North Texas Area United Way has been awarded a grant to expand its Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program.

The North Texas Area United Way will be hosting VITA sites at several locations including, Sikes Senter Mall, The Martin Luther King Center, and a mobile site rotating between Iowa Park, Burkburnett, and Henrietta.

Volunteers are still needed to work the filing sites beginning in January. For more information on becoming a volunteer or about the VITA, call the United Way office at 322-8638.
