Name of Victim in Accident Released

Electra police are releasing the name of the man killed in a horrific car accident.

Officers say 35-year-old Lance Durrough from Red Oak, Texas was killed when the vehicle he was riding in ran off the road Monday morning (September 28th).

Police said Durrough was laying down in the backseat without a seatbelt when the car crashed.

The deadly accident happened just after 11 a.m. on Monday on Highway 287 at County Line Road.
