Good news for the family of Charis Walters. Last Friday in a story we first brought you on NewsChannel 6, Charis was safe and sound in Tyler, Texas. On January 7, Walters ran away from Heartlight Ministries Treatment Center in east Texas. Last Friday, Charis mom, Debi, got the call she's been waiting for. Her daughter called and said she's safe and sound in Tyler. We talked to Debi on the phone and got her reaction in finding her daughter.
