Derek Perkins Is Accused Of Aggravated Robbery

A Wichita Falls man is on trial this week. Jury selection began today against Derek Perkins. Perkins is accused of an aggravated robbery that happened in May of 2008.

Prosecutors said he and another man were at the Jackpot Bingo and followed a winner home. They said the men pointed a gun at the woman, and took her 500 dollar winnings. The woman was not hurt. Perkins' trial will resume July seventh.
