KAUZ News

Wichita Falls Police have busted a suspected state-wide theft ring. Officials said last Thursday, about one-hundred thousand dollars in construction material was taken from Builders Lumber Company on Holliday.

The investigation led detectives to Dallas where thirty-four year old Orlando Jimenez, twenty-five year old Jovanie Mejia, twenty-four year old Jonatan Vallabares-Bonilla, and twenty-nine year old Carlos Jimenez were all arrested. While serving search warrants, officers say they found hundreds of thousands of dollars in other stolen goods.

All believed to be connected to several thefts in the Dallas area, and possibly the state. Police believe the investigation will lead to several more arrests. The four suspects are being held in the Wichita County jail, each with a one-million dollar bond.
