Texas lawmakers are getting prepared for their 81st Legislative session. There are several big topics set for debate, including health, education and the economy. We sat down with Representative David Farabee today to discuss the upcoming session. The Democrat is heading to the state capital with an air of caution, even with the Texas economy doing better than other states.

Rep. Farabee said, "So many of the issues effecting other parts of the country will be affecting Texas eventually."

"Texas is not immune, but we are a little better off than other states in the country." Coming up tonight at ten, Representative Farabee tells us what he thinks is the number one issue facing Texas.
