More money is making its way to the Wichita Falls Police Department. City Council approved a little more than one hundred and twenty-four thousand dollars for the department.

The money will help buy equipment needed to transition in-car video units from VHS analog to digital. Some of the money was already budgeted for the transition. The rest will come from a block grant and the seized funds account.
