Winter conditions stretched across North Texas this morning. The heaviest of freezing rains hit the Eastern part of the state. This is video shot in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

Drivers there didn't seem prepared for icy conditions. Police and troopers had to respond to several accidents. No serious injuries are reported.
