Missing Oklahoma Teen Found

A missing Oklahoma Teenager was found alive and well just beofre 6pm Thursday evening, in Carnegie Oklahoma.

Amy Colyer,15, had been missing since Sunday Morning and several law enforcement agencies were involved in the search.

Grandfield Police Chief Chip Jones wasworried about her safety, because the teen is bi-polar. She has gone four days without medication, a change of clothes, or contact with anyone she knows.

The Grandfield High School Freshman lives with her grandmother Vicky, who says Amy disappeared Sunday morning. Vicky was expecting her at church, but she never showed.

"When I walked out my car was gone and Amy was gone." said Vicky Colyer.

She says Amy struggles with bi-polar disorder, and believes she took the car. But Amy's cell phone, clothes and jewelry were left at home.

"I don't think she pre meditated this, I think she would have packed something to go with her. I think it was just one of those things that happen with your bi-polar, you do a crazy act."

Family searched Amy's room, computer and cell but nothing turned up! Leading them to fear the worst.

Another concern for the family, is that Amy's had braces for two years, and yesterday was her appointment to get them removed.

"Just a couple of days before, she said I can't wait. We planned a shopping trip to celebrate, I hoped she would show up, but she did not." said Vicky.

Amy was found with a friend about 2 hours away from her hometown.

Police say she was driving and is only 15 years old, so there are charges pending against her, for un-authorized use of a motor vehicle.
