One in four married people has to put up with a snoring spouse. Is your wife one of them Ken? My husband doesn't snore, but plenty Texomans do. We asked residents how they deal with a snoring spouse for tonight's sound off.

Nasal strips are a popular remedy, but doctors say the strips will only help if sinus blockage is causing you to snore. Very relaxed muscles and tissues in the throat cause chronic snoring.

It's worse for those who still have their tonsils, a short neck, are overweight, have consumed alcohol or certain medications and sleep on their back. Doctors advise sleeping on your side, using over the counter spray or custom mouth guards and losing weight.
