The city of Wichita Falls says it has a significant win against gang activity.

 The second Court of Appeals says gang injunction areas do not violate the Constitution. The case was brought to them by Franco Andre Goyzueta, who is convicted for violating the Varrio Carnales Gang Injunction.

He and his lawyer say the injuntion is unconstitutional, but the courts disagree. A second injunction against the Purro Lil' Mafia Gang was put in place this summer. Basically, gang injunctions cover areas of Wichita Falls where police say gang activity is present.
