Fort Hood Soldier Killed In Iraq

Ft. Worth (AP) - The Defense Department on Thursday identified a 33-year-old Fort Hood soldier killed in a roadside bombing in Iraq.

    The Pentagon says Sgt. Victor M. Cota of Tucson, Ariz., died yesterday in Baghdad of wounds from the roadside bombing of his vehicle Tuesday in Kadamiyah, Iraq.

    Cota was assigned to the Special Troops Battalion, 4th Infantry Division, from Fort Hood.
