You could have some extra cash tonight and not even know it.

The IRS started using direct deposit to transer economic stimulus rebates to taxpayers across the country.

Officials say 7.4-million rebates will be direct deposited by this weekend. Paper checks will start being mailed out Friday, May 9th. The IRS is sending out a warning .

Officials say scammers are calling and e-mailing potential victims. Trying to steal rebate checks. The IRS says it will **never** call or e-mail you.

I did find the IRS site that had the schedule posted. But when I put in my info to find out if I would get one or when .. It said my info was not available. I filed on time. My SS falls in the 00-20 range. I have direct deposit and still no money. There is no Stimulus check. The Goverment is lying. They just wantted to play a really crule joke on everyone. I even called them. They don't have my return YET??? This is a joke

Just go to IRS.GOV go to stimulus checks and then to schedule, there is a plethura of information everything you would need to know about how to get a check, child tax credit info pertatining to stimulus check etc. But look out all of you who had taxes done through HR BLOCK, no direct deposit will be offered only a CHECK, why, I do not know, its what I heard when I called the HR BLOCK customer service number.. There are going to be alot of really ticked people out there.......
