A 21-year-old Frederick man was pronounced dead---only he really wasn't.

"Saturday afternoon in Tillman county, a couple of young men that were riding four wheelers were involved in an accident. A young man named Zachary Dunlap hit the back end of his buddy that was riding with him and they were on separate four wheelers. Zachary got thrown off his four wheeler and sustained critical injuries, " Oklahoma Highway Patrol Betsy Randolph said.

The Davidson native was flown to United Regional and placed on life support. Monday morning he was pronounced dead. Because Zack's a donor, Doctors were preparing to remove his organs when---it's being reported---he stirred.

"For whatever reason, I mean we don't know--only the grace of God Zachary is still with us and his family is just thrilled as you can imagine, " Randolph said.

The Dunlap family issued this statement:

"We know that everyone wants information about Zack's condition and injury. He is currently in critical condition in the ICU. The events which occurred on Monday following his accident can only be described as a miracle. The power of prayer is amazing. Please don't stop."

United Regional is not confirming or denying the situation.

Dear Sirs: is it possible to contact this family? A baby was born and remained dead for 11 minutes; he was declared dead and "time" was recorded. He suddenly revived but is severely brain damaged. The family's health insurance refuses to acknowledge his life and canceled his coverage; the family obviously has enormous medical expenses. They will not give up hope and are trusting God for their miracle. Is there a way to bring this situation to media attention in an attempt to help them?
