Several North Texas law enforcement agencies worked together on a major crime sweep, dubbed Operation Street Sweeper. The Wichita Falls Police Department, The U.S. Secret Service, and The United States Postal Inspection Service began the round up.

So far, 22 people are arrested for various crimes including; identity theft, forgery, and counterfiet currency. More arrests are expected. The Wichita County and Clay County Sheriff's offices, the Burkburnett, Iowa Park, and Electra Police Departments, and The United States Probation Office all participated in the sweep.
