Narcotics officers from the Wichita Falls Police Department have confiscated a large amount of drugs before they hit the streets.

The drug bust happened on July 2nd, around 5:00 that morning in the 400th block of E Bailey Avenue. Police say 21-year-old Mahagony Williams was arrested and charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. Officials found 97 grams of powder cocaine and 53 grams of crack.

"Obviously this is a dealers amount, not personal use amount. So yeah, this is actually a place they were dealing from." says police officer, Harold McClure.

Officers say the drugs have a combined street value of about $16,500. The home was also within a drug free zone which will enhance the charges.
