An emotional memorial service this afternoon at Sheppard Air Force Base. Family and friends gathered to honor airman first class Sean Janicik after he was tragically killed last week. Lindsey Rogers brings us the latest.

Sean Janicik was riding his bicycle on Sheppard Access Road thursday night when he was struck in a hit and run accident. Sadly, the twenty five year old died saturday morning.

Today, hundreds gathered to honor and celebrate Sean's life. It was apparent he was very loved and had much love to give. The Janicik family is not sulking in things which can not be changed, but instead greatful for the time they spent with Sean.

Colleen Janick said, "We plan to take his strengths and convictions and use it in our lives to move on and do what we need to do." Family members say Sean remains with them in their hearts, and they know he'd want them to find happiness.
