A motorcyle-car crash backed up traffic on U.S. Highway 281 in Archer County this afternoon.
Emergency crews were called to the scene around 3:30 just past the Wichita County line. Officials say a female riding a Kawasaki Ninja hit the back end of a Crown Victoria. She and the vehicle's driver lost control.
The female rider was taken to United Regional's 11th Street campus for non-life threatening injuries. The driver was not hurt. No word on what caused the motorcyle rider to crash into the car.
