Wichita Falls Police say they have two men in jail r

esponsible for shootings back in November of 2006.

Police say 19 year old Ramon Hernandez, Junior and 24 year old James Trujillo took part in six drive-by shootings in one night. No one was hurt but homes did sustain property damage. Each suspect is charged with six counts of engaging in organized criminal activity, deadly conduct.

Why cant WFPD do something similiar to adults as they do to the youth as far as Affiliated Gang Curfew. The adults are the main ones who obvisiously need MORE STRICTER GUIDELINES as well.
