"Wow, look at that wind!" These were the first words Matt used to describe the weather here in Texoma as he arrived after about 15 hours worth of driving time. Matt graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Meteorology. His interest in weather started when he was 5 years old and it's matched in close competition with his love for being in front of the camera. "Being able to tell someone just what's going to happen with regards to the weather is something I've always loved to do. Now I get the chance to share my knowledge with thousands of people and even help to save lives when severe weather threatens the area." Matt was formerly employed by WTVY in Dothan, Alabama, and as he heard that KAUZ was looking for a new weekend weathercaster, he jumped at the opportunity. He has since become KAUZ's morning and noon show weather anchor which can be seen every weekday from 5:30-7:00am and also at noon.
