Ashley FitzwaterMorning and Noon Anchor
Ashley Fitzwater, a native of Wichita Falls, reports during the week and anchors the weekend newscasts. She joined the KAUZ team in February 2002. Ashley graduated from Midwestern State University, in May 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications. While at MSU she anchored and reported for MSU 2 TV "Campus Watch", and even won several awards in Texas Intercollegiate Press Association Competitions. Ashley even completed her internship right here at KAUZ. Ashley says her passion is reporting and anchoring the news, and loves that every day is something new. She also loves being able to meet new people in the community. So be sure to say hello or e-mail her with any new ideas. In her spare time Ashley enjoys watching movies, singing at her church, and spending time with all of her family. Especially her son, Caleb, and husband, Daniel.
