We all know eating fish can be good for your heart, but a new study suggests it all depends on how it's cooked.

The report shows baked or boiled fish contained more Omega 3 fatty acids than fried, dried or salted fish.

Adding low-sodium Soy Sauce or Tofu also proved to be beneficial, especially for Women.
