Americans Seek Alternative Medicine

A new report says Americans spend billions of dollars annually on alternative medicine.

Chiropractors, acupuncturists and herbal remedies are commanding more consumer dollars as people seek cheaper and alternative ways to help their health. The report says about 38 million adults visited alternative medicine practitioners in 2007.

Those 38 million spent about $34 billion on those treatments.

Because they are tired of being duped by drug companies, Americans need to wake up. They are being drugged to death and have learned this is ok. Some drugs are useful but when you take more pills than the amount of meals you eat a day, you may want to ask yourself is it worth your life. Americans wonder why kids take drugs, monkey see, monkey do.
