For most high school juniors and seniors, college campus scenes are a dream. But in order to get accepted into their college of  choice, students must first earn good scores on ACT and SAT college entrance exams.

Rhonda Losgren is the mother of a high school student, and was very surprised when she got a call offering help to improve her daughter's test scores.

 "...They said that they were with the scholarship committee and we're talking to parents about their tests next year. And Marley had expressed an interest in receiving this information to help her get ready for tests next year." says Rhonda Losgren.

Losgren also said she might have given her credit card, but the marketer got pushy and ended up hanging up on her. That's when she really got suspicious...

"...The information that we're hearing from the Dallas Better Business Bureau is there's been 72 complaints filed since August 2008. The complaints alleged misleading sales practices." says Monica Horton of the Better Buisness Bureau.

Horton continued to say, that kind of track record doesn't speak well for the company, which is in Coppel, Texas in the metroplex. And, the BBB in Dallas has forwarded all of those 72 complaints to the texas attorney general's office for investigation.

First off, Horton said you should never give out your credit card number to anyone who calls you, but if you call a company and want to pay for a product or service, that is another thing.

If you get a call from this company hang up, but if it's too late and you've already had unsatisfactory dealings with this company, you should call the BBB to file a complaint.
