Tonight we begin a new segment called "you ask, we investigate."

We'll be bringing you stories each Thursday from people who have problems and our efforts to help. Tonight's first segment is tragic story about a young man, killed in a motorcycle accident. His mother has yet to bury her son, here's Elenor Perry's story.

"And he was Riding the bike home from work about 1:30 AM in the morning and had this car accident which was fatal," said Elenor Perry. We've had our share of motorcycle accidents here in Wichita Falls. Just last week, another accident here claimed a life. Her son was killed two weeks ago. But the accident was not here in Wichita Falls, it was in Laredo. And that's where her problem comes in. Her son, 22-year old Paul D. Perry, was in the hospital in Laredo for five days before he died. Now, Elenor is trying to come up with the money to bring his body home. "Which he will be buried in Lawton which will get him herre to wichita Falls, he will bew buried in Lawton at a military cemetary."

And just getting him here is what has had Elenor agonizing over the past two weeks. She has located a funeral home that will do the job. "We got one here for $3,300 and this was the most reasonable we could find here in Wichita Falls."

But it might as well be a million dollars, that's why Elenor needs the help. If you would like to help Mrs. Perry get her son's body transported from laredo back to Wichita Falls here's how.

A fund has been set up in the name of Paul D. Perry at the First National Bank of Wichita Falls. The account number is 210-194-92.
